We applied high-throughput sequencing of 16S rRNA gene amplicons to investigate the effect of inorganic fertilizers P, N and NP, and organic manure fertilizer (M) and its combined with inorganic fertilizers (NM, PM, NPM) on bacterial and archaeal communities in rain-fed winter wheat soils in a 30-year experiment in Loess Plateau of northwest China.
本研究采用16S rRNA基因扩增子(16S rRNA gene amplicons)高通量测序技术,对中国西北黄土高原为期30年的旱作冬小麦农田土壤长期定位试验展开分析,探究了单施无机肥磷(P)、氮(N)、氮磷(NP)、单施有机肥(M),以及有机肥与无机肥配施组合(NM、PM、NPM)对土壤细菌与古菌群落的影响。
