Multilevel assessment of single and interactive effects of plant-associated microenvironments and different long-term fertilization treatments on the free-living diazotroph community in relation to the general microbial community in temperate grassland soils. Sequencing was performed at the Joint Microbiome Facility of the Medical University of Vienna and the University of Vienna under the project ID JMF-2012-9.

针对温带草原土壤中植物关联微环境与不同长期施肥处理对自生固氮微生物（free-living diazotroph）群落的单因素及交互效应，并结合该群落与整体微生物群落的关联特征开展多级评估。本次测序工作由维也纳医科大学与维也纳大学联合微生物组设施（Joint Microbiome Facility）依托项目编号JMF-2012-9完成。
