Genome sequencing of Arabidopsis halleri W302

The project aims at producing a highly contiguous and complete assembly of the Arabidopsis halleri W302 genotype. The genome was sequenced with the PacBio Sequel II platform, producing the highly accurate HiFi reads.

本项目旨在完成异叶拟南芥（Arabidopsis halleri）W302基因型的高度连续且完整的基因组组装。该基因组采用PacBio Sequel II测序平台进行测序，产出了高精度的HiFi读段。
