Genome sequencing of Arabidopsis halleri W302

The project aims at producing a highly contiguous and complete assembly of the Arabidopsis halleri W302 genotype. The genome was sequenced with the PacBio Sequel II platform, producing the highly accurate HiFi reads.本项目旨在完成异叶拟南芥（Arabidopsis halleri）W302基因型的高度连续且完整的基因组组装。该基因组采用PacBio Sequel II测序平台进行测序，产出了高精度的HiFi读段。
