Our study aimed to develop an IRG-based survival prediction model for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients. To validate the expression levels of the model signature genes, we then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 65 HCC patients. Finally, we confirmed the 5-IRG signature has good predictive power by RNA-seq data from tumor tissues and paired adjacent normal tissues. Comparative the 5-IRG signature gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for tumor tissues and paired adjacent normal tissues.

本研究旨在构建基于免疫相关基因(Immune-Related Gene, IRG)的肝细胞癌(Hepatocellular Carcinoma, HCC)患者生存预测模型。为验证模型特征基因的表达水平,本研究后续采用65例肝细胞癌患者的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据开展基因表达谱分析。最终,本研究通过肿瘤组织及其配对癌旁正常组织的RNA测序数据,证实该5-IRG特征具备良好的预测效能。此外,本研究还针对肿瘤组织与配对癌旁正常组织的RNA测序数据,开展了基于5-IRG特征的基因表达谱对比分析。
