Following data is an extension of MUG500(B) DOI: 10.6084/m9.figshare.9616319If using this dataset, please cite 10.6084/m9.figshare.24872079The MUG500(B) set has a "nrrd" defective skull scan file, with its respective implants in "stl" format.Front these 29 pairs, 27 pairs had single defects and 2 pairs had double defects, hence, two implants for one particular file.This dataset includes the converted "Nifti" file(float32) formatted 29 pairs of craniotomy defective skulls, and its manually designed implants, with a pair of implants and skull being resampled to one common ROI. Each pair with double defects was simplified to different samples by combining the volumes of the defective skull with one implant at a time. hence total available samples are 31.This standardized resampled nifti data is augmented with affine registration to obtain 930 pairs(31*30).Following is the folder structure of the augmented data:-----Augmented_data└── 03to01└── 4 files└── 03to02└── 4 files................
本数据集为MUG500(B)(DOI: 10.6084/m9.figshare.9616319)的扩展数据集。若使用本数据集,请引用DOI: 10.6084/m9.figshare.24872079。 原始MUG500(B)数据集包含NRRD(NRRD)格式的缺损颅骨扫描文件,以及对应的STL(STL)格式植入体文件。该数据集初始共包含29组样本,其中27组为单处颅骨缺损,2组为双处颅骨缺损,即单个缺损颅骨文件对应两枚植入体。 本数据集包含转换为float32格式的NIfTI(NIfTI)文件的29组颅骨缺损样本及其人工设计的植入体,且每一组样本的颅骨与对应植入体均被重采样至同一公共感兴趣区域(Region of Interest, ROI)。针对2组双处缺损的样本,通过每次将缺损颅骨体积与单枚植入体进行组合,将其拆分为不同的样本,因此最终可用样本总数为31组。 我们对该经标准化重采样的NIfTI数据执行仿射配准数据增强,最终得到930组样本(31×30)。 以下为增强后数据集的文件夹结构: -----Augmented_data └── 03to01 └── 4个文件 └── 03to02 └── 4个文件 ................
