THE ROLE OF THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE IN A LEGAL STATE: THE RULE OF LAW AND THE PROVISION OF JUSTICE

This article analyzes the role of prosecutors in a constitutional state, their tasks in ensuring the rule of law and justice.
