Genome-wide sequencing for mutp53 regulated network in NPC cell line

We report the application for high-throughput profiling of transcriptome, chromatin-associated proteins on a genome-wide level in NPC CNE2 cells. Overall design: RNA-seq, ChIP-seq and m6Aseq are used to profile mutp53 NPC cell line本研究报道了在鼻咽癌（Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma, NPC）CNE2细胞中开展全基因组水平转录组（transcriptome）、染色质结合蛋白（chromatin-associated proteins）的高通量谱分析应用。实验总体设计：采用RNA-seq、ChIP-seq及m6A测序（m6Aseq）对携带突变型p53（mutant p53, mutp53）的鼻咽癌CNE2细胞系进行组学谱分析。
