Daphnia magna is one of the most frequently used invertebrate species to evaluate ecological risks of chemicals and environmental contamination. It has been reported that the sensitivity of D. magna to a chemical varies among the strains, however, the mechanism of this variation sometimes remains unclear. To reveal the mechanism of the sensitivity difference among strains, we performed genome and transcriptome analyses of several strains of D. magna.
大型溞(Daphnia magna)是评估化学品与环境污染生态风险最常用的无脊椎动物模型之一。已有研究证实,不同品系的大型溞对单一化学品的敏感性存在显著差异,但此类敏感性差异的内在分子机制往往尚未明确。为解析不同品系间敏感性差异的作用机制,本研究针对多个品系的大型溞开展了基因组(genome)与转录组(transcriptome)分析。
