In food industry, foodborne pathogens tend to live in mixed-species biofilm with resident flora and showed increased resistance to harsh conditions encountered during food processing. In this study, comparison of the transcriptomic analysis of S. Enteritidis between mono-species biofilm and mixed-species formed with Bacillus sp. B5 was performed.

在食品工业中,食源性致病菌往往会与土著菌群共同形成多物种生物膜(mixed-species biofilm),且对食品加工过程中遭遇的严苛环境耐受性显著增强。本研究针对肠炎沙门氏菌(Salmonella Enteritidis)分别在单物种生物膜(mono-species biofilm)与由芽孢杆菌属B5菌株(Bacillus sp. B5)形成的多物种生物膜中的转录组分析结果进行了对比研究。
