Phylogeny of Amblystegiaceae

Amblystegiaceae is one of the most phylogenetically unresolved groups of Hypnales. Depending on one to a few discrete molecular markers, former studies usually received weekly supported and ambiguous phylogenies. Here, we present a large-scale phylogenomic analysis of Amblystegiaceae, based on a dataset of 75 Amblystegiaceae accessions and 82 plastid and 40 mitochondrial protein-coding genes.

青藓科（Amblystegiaceae）是灰藓目（Hypnales）中系统发育关系尚未明确的类群之一。过往研究多基于单个或少数离散分子标记开展，所获得的系统发育结果往往支持度较低且模糊歧义。本研究依托包含75份青藓科种质样品、82个质体蛋白编码基因与40个线粒体蛋白编码基因的数据集，对青藓科开展了大规模系统发育组学分析。
