THE CONCEPT OF AN INCLUSIVE ADAPTATION MODEL IN HIGHER EDUCATION

This scientific article provides a comprehensive analysis of the issue of adapting students with disabilities to an inclusive educational environment in the higher education system as a pressing pedagogical problem. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the concept of an inclusive adaptation model are examined based on axiological, systemic, competency-based, and learner-centered approaches. The structural components of the model, pedagogical conditions for its implementation, and the experience of foreign higher education institutions are analyzed in depth. Based on the research findings, scientific conclusions and practical recommendations aimed at improving the inclusive adaptation model for the national higher education system have been developed.本学术论文针对高等教育体系中残障学生适配包容性教育环境（inclusive educational environment）这一紧迫的教育学议题，展开全面剖析。本文基于价值论（axiological）、系统论（systemic）、胜任力导向（competency-based）及以学习者为中心（learner-centered）的研究范式，对包容性适配模型（inclusive adaptation model）的理论与方法论基础进行了系统探析。文中还深入剖析了该模型的结构组成要素、落地实施所需的教育学支撑条件，以及境外高等院校的相关实践经验。基于本研究的实证结果，本文最终形成了旨在优化本国高等教育体系包容性适配模型的学术结论与实践建议。
