Next Generation Sequencing Facilitates Quantitative Analysis of oral epithelial cells from SPF and germ free (GF) Wild Type mice

Purpose: RNAseq analysis to identify differentiatlly expressed genes due to the presnce of microbiota Overall design: Oral epithelial cells mRNA profile of adult germ free and SPF mice, 4 animals in each group.

研究目的：通过RNA测序（RNAseq）分析，鉴定因微生物群存在而产生差异表达的基因。实验设计：检测成年无菌（germ free, GF）小鼠与无特定病原体（SPF）小鼠的口腔上皮细胞mRNA表达谱，每组各包含4只实验动物。
