The specific aims of this study are to determine how the soil microbial diversity, community composition and potentail ecological function respond to N and P fertilization in a mid-high-latitude meadow grassland, and elucidate the underlying mechanisms.本研究的具体目标为探明中高纬度草甸草原内土壤微生物多样性、群落组成及潜在生态功能对氮（N）、磷（P）施肥的响应规律，并阐明其内在作用机制。
