Dark-spored myxomycetes in subtropical forest (Houhe National Nature Reserve) soil of China

We collected 100 soil samples from five sampling sites (YD/YC/LS/PR/HR) of Houhe National Nature Reserve in subtropical China in four different seasons in 2019. The species composition and diversity of dark-spored myxomycetes were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing.

2019年，课题组于中国亚热带区域的后河国家级自然保护区的5个采样点位（YD/YC/LS/PR/HR），在四个不同季节采集了100份土壤样本。本研究采用高通量测序（high-throughput sequencing）技术，对暗孢黏菌（dark-spored myxomycetes）的物种组成与多样性展开了分析。
