Structure output for eastern and western rockhopper penguins (without location priors)

This file contains the structure input file (.str, .txt) and the plots (.html) generated for different values of <i>K</i> in Structure, using the filtered SNP dataset that contains the western rockhopper penguin (<i>E. chrysocome</i>) and the eastern rockhopper penguin (<i>E. filholi</i>), without location priors.

本文件包含利用经过滤的单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）数据集生成的、适用于Structure软件中不同<i>K</i>值的群体结构输入文件（格式为.str、.txt）与可视化绘图结果文件（格式为.html）；该数据集涵盖西跳岩企鹅（<i>E. chrysocome</i>）与东跳岩企鹅（<i>E. filholi</i>），且分析过程未使用位置先验信息。
