Datasets supporting the phylogenetic analysis of Iranian Paeonia species

This repository contains sequence alignments, phylogenetic tree files, morphological datasets, and R scripts associated with the manuscript entitled “Phylogenetic Relationships of Iranian Paeonia Species: An Integrative Molecular and Morphological Approach”. The repository includes: aligned ITS, matK, and rbcL datasets, concatenated phylogenetic matrices, IQ-TREE and MrBayes output files, morphological character matrices, R scripts used for phylogenetic visualization and statistical analyses, supplementary metadata files. Software versions and workflow descriptions are provided in the accompanying README file.
