Datasets used for meta-analysis of parasite diversity in the Indian River Lagoon

There are four datasets. The datasets "all_crustacean_prev..." and "all_fish_prev..." contain data for parasite prevalence, abundance, and intensity extracted from the literature. The dataset "IRL meta-analysis..." contains all the raw data collected from the IRL that was used for comparison to data extracted from the literature. Lastly, the dataset, "Moore et al. 2019...." is a previously unpublished dataset that was also used in the meta-analysis. The Word doc "Supplementary Bibliographic Information" contains the following: 1) a PRISMA flow diagram detailing how search records were evaluated in our meta-analysis; 2) bibliographic information for all studies that were excluded from the data extraction phase; and 3) full bibliographic information for all studies included in the final quantitative synthesis.本数据集共包含4个数据文件。其中，名为"all_crustacean_prev..."与"all_fish_prev..."的数据集收录了从已发表文献中提取的寄生虫流行率、丰度及感染强度相关数据。名为"IRL meta-analysis..."的数据集包含所有从IRL采集的原始数据，用于与文献提取的数据开展对比分析。最后，名为"Moore et al. 2019...."的数据集为此前未公开发表的数据资源，同样应用于本次荟萃分析。 名为《补充文献信息（Supplementary Bibliographic Information）》的Word文档包含以下内容：1）一份PRISMA（Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses）流程图，详细展示了本次荟萃分析中检索记录的筛选流程；2）所有在数据提取阶段被排除的研究的文献信息；3）最终纳入定量合成的所有研究的完整文献信息。
