16S rRNA sequences

16S rRNA sequences generated from shotgun metagenome data. The PhyloFlash file contain contigs assembled via the program Spades that was wrapped by the program Phyloflash. The files "All..." and "Five..." are 16S rRNA sequences assembled by MegaHit and were binned to one of the 16 bins by MaxBin2. The "Five_16SrRNA_from_bins.fa" file has 16S rRNA sequences that were correctly binned based on the bins and the 16S sequence taxonomic identity.本数据集涵盖从鸟枪宏基因组（shotgun metagenome）数据中提取的16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）序列。其中的PhyloFlash文件包含由Spades软件组装、且经PhyloFlash程序封装调用得到的重叠群（contig）序列。命名为"All..."与"Five..."的文件为经MegaHit软件组装的16S rRNA序列，且这些序列已通过MaxBin2软件被分箱至16个分箱（bin）中的一个。"Five_16SrRNA_from_bins.fa"文件内的16S rRNA序列，是基于分箱信息与16S序列分类学鉴定结果完成精准分箱的序列。
