The Mitochondrial Genomes of Iberian Freshwater and Diadromous Fishes

We produced a reference database of mitogenome sequences of freshwater and diadromous fish species from Iberian Peninsula. This database was built to increase the species mitogenomic information available to be used as a reference database on environmental DNA studies. The mitochondrial genomes were sequenced targeting at least 2 Gbps per sample on Illumina platforms.

本研究构建了伊比利亚半岛淡水及溯河洄游鱼类的线粒体基因组（mitogenome）序列参考数据库。该数据库的构建旨在扩充可作为环境DNA（environmental DNA）研究参考数据库的物种线粒体基因组信息储备。所有线粒体基因组均依托Illumina测序平台完成测序，单样本靶向测序数据量不低于2吉比特每秒（Gbps）。
