Processed phylogenomic dataset for Dalbergia (Leguminosae) based on hybrid-capture nuclear genes

This dataset contains the processed phylogenomic data generated for the study “Phylogenomics, species diversification, and biogeography of Dalbergia (Leguminosae) using hybrid capture of nuclear genes,” submitted to the Journal of Systematics and Evolution. It includes concatenated and gene-wise alignments of 89 nuclear loci, phylogenetic trees inferred under both concatenated and coalescent frameworks, partition files, and detailed outputs from topology discordance and gene-tree-conflict analyses. Summary matrices used for divergence-time estimation, ancestral-area reconstruction, and diversification analyses are also provided. In addition, a sample-information CSV file contains taxonomic, voucher, and geographic metadata for all sampled species. Together, these data enable complete reproducibility of the phylogenetic, biogeographic, and macroevolutionary results reported in the manuscript.
