Unexploited potential of Fužine neighbourhood

The purpose of the research was to analyze the real outcome of spatio-sociological recommendation when building new neighborhood. The great deal of attention was paid to analyses of cooperation of future residents at construction of new neighborhood. Fundamental instrument was unstandardize interwier with the residents of Fužine neighborhood as a anticipated part of premininary phase of construction. With this research we concluded that hyperinstitucinalization of procedures (orientated residential construction) makes difficulties with immediate contacts with future residents. Actual conditions allowed us only informal and coincidal cooperation. We also find out that mayor problems were formed because of the vagueness of the roles possessed by key actors. Therefore it would be suitably more effecient to carry out experiments in smaller size. And on basis of this findings construction workers could orginize successful part decision making of future residents at designing and building of neighborhood.
