Serial section series of Bathymodiolus puteoserpentis pediveliger (1555-31)

Serial section series of a non symbiotic Bathymodiolus puteoserpentis pediveliger. The mussel was sampled at the Semenov-2 vent field (13.513 N; 44.962 W) at 2446.5 m water depth in 2016. The mussel was fixed with 2.5% glutaraldehyde stored in PHEM-buffer. Sections (1.5 µm section thickness) were stained with toluidine blue.本数据集为非共生拟深海贻贝（Bathymodiolus puteoserpentis）面盘幼体的连续切片系列。该贻贝于2016年采自水深2446.5米的谢苗诺夫-2（Semenov-2）热液喷口区（坐标：13.513°N；44.962°W）。样本采用2.5%戊二醛固定，并储存于PHEM缓冲液中。切片厚度为1.5微米，经甲苯胺蓝染色处理。
