Comparative Genomics of Candida albicans Strains SC5314 and CHN1

We performed a full genomic comparison of Candida albicans strains SC5314 and CHN1 to reveal evolutionary clade differences. These data represent our transcriptomic analysis of both strains when grown under identical conditions, from which we identified differentially expressed genes that may be relevant to observed strain differences in persistence within the murine gastrointestinal tract.

本研究对白色念珠菌（Candida albicans）菌株SC5314与CHN1开展全基因组比较分析，以揭示二者进化分支的差异。本数据集对应两种菌株在相同培养条件下的转录组分析结果，从中我们鉴定出了可能与观测到的两菌株在小鼠胃肠道内定植能力差异相关的差异表达基因。
