PMN-MDSC elimination enhanced anti-infection capacity and alleviated colonitis

After pretreatment with the InVivoMab anti-mouse Ly6G/Ly6C (Gr-1) antibody to remove PMN-MDSC, 24-month-old mice were infected with C. difficile VPI10463 to detect the colon transcriptome.

先用InVivoMab抗小鼠Ly6G/Ly6C（Gr-1）抗体预处理以清除多形核髓系来源抑制细胞（polymorphonuclear myeloid-derived suppressor cells，PMN-MDSC），随后对24月龄小鼠感染艰难梭菌（Clostridioides difficile，C. difficile）VPI10463，进而开展结肠转录组检测。
