Here, we first systematically identified and characterized responsive lncRNAs and mRNAs expressed in leaves of sugar beet at a genome-wide scale, focusing on alkaline-responsive lncRNAs and mRNAs. Overall design: Five-week-old seedlings were treated with Hoagland solution, containing 75 mM mixed alkaline solution (Na2CO3:NaHCO3, 1:2) for 0 day (control, designated as C), 3 days (short-term treatment, designated as ST) and 7 days (long-term treatment, designated as LT). Fresh leaves from the same position of seedlings at different treatments were collected, and three biological replicates were sampled.
本研究首先在全基因组范围内系统鉴定并表征了甜菜叶片中表达的响应性长链非编码RNA(lncRNAs)与信使RNA(mRNAs),重点聚焦于碱性胁迫响应的lncRNAs与mRNAs。实验总体设计:将生长至五周龄的甜菜幼苗置于添加75mM混合碱性溶液(Na₂CO₃:NaHCO₃=1:2)的霍格兰(Hoagland)营养液中处理,分别设置0天(对照组,记为C)、3天(短期处理组,记为ST)与7天(长期处理组,记为LT)三个处理组。收集各处理组幼苗同一位置的新鲜叶片,并设置三次生物学重复。
