Data underlying Figure 5 (Dengue incidence in intervention and control areas, before and after the Wolbachia intervention) and Figure 6 (Laboratory-confirmed dengue cases in intervention and control areas, before and after the Wolbachia intervention), in Indriani et al (2020) Gates Open Research (submitted). Hospitalised dengue haemorrhagic fever (DHF; since 2006) and dengue fever (DF; since 2017) cases are notified to the Yogyakarta District Health Office. Standard Diagnostics Dengue Duo rapid diagnostic kits for the detection of dengue virus NS1 antigen and IgM/IgG antibody have been used at the discretion of clinic staff as part of routine clinical care in primary care clinics throughout Yogyakarta city since March 2016.本数据集为Indriani等（2020）投稿至《Gates Open Research》的研究中，图5（沃巴赫体（Wolbachia）干预前后干预组与对照组登革热发病率）与图6（沃巴赫体干预前后干预组与对照组实验室确诊登革热病例数）的底层支撑数据。2006年起，住院登革出血热（Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever, DHF）病例即需上报至日惹特区卫生办公室；2017年起，住院登革热（Dengue Fever, DF）病例也纳入上报范围。自2016年3月起，日惹全市各基层诊所的临床医护人员可在常规临床诊疗工作中，自主决定使用Standard Diagnostics品牌的登革热Duo快速诊断试剂盒，用于检测登革病毒NS1抗原及IgM/IgG抗体。
