Transcriptome profiling during fruit development in Taiwanese and Japanese cultivars of Japanese apricot

In order to comprehensively study changes in gene transcription during fruit development in Taiwanese and Japanese cultivars of Japanese apricot fruit. Using RNA-Seq data, we attempted to discuss the differences in fruit development and ripening behaviors between Taiwanese and Japanese cultivars in terms of physiological and transcriptome changes.

为全面探究日本杏果实的台湾及日本栽培品种在果实发育过程中的基因转录变化，本研究采用转录组测序（RNA-Seq）数据，从生理变化与转录组变化的维度，探讨台湾与日本栽培品种在果实发育及成熟行为上的差异。
