The goal of this study was to identify bacterial communities that were labeled with a thymidine analog, bromodeoxyuridine, for investigating active bacterial communities during a coral mass-spawn degradation study off coastal Panama.本研究旨在鉴定经胸苷类似物溴脱氧尿苷（bromodeoxyuridine）标记的细菌群落，以探究巴拿马近岸海域开展的珊瑚大规模产卵降解研究过程中的活性细菌群落。
