学界对新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）发病机制的认知正快速深化，但严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2（SARS-CoV-2）感染的主要靶细胞仍未明确。本研究针对COVID-19患者的人类鼻拭子样本开展单细胞RNA测序（single cell RNA sequencing），以探究SARS-CoV-2宿主细胞入侵因子的表达模式。实验整体设计：从COVID-19患者的鼻拭子样本中分离单细胞，并构建单细胞转录组文库。
