Dataset for the study "Bird biodiversity in roadside vegetation in Central European farmland"

The file contains the data on bird counts recorded along the focal roads in Czechia (sheet "Bird counts"), bird species abbreviations used in the count datafile (sheet "Bird species abbreviations"), and environmental variables describing the roads where the bird counts were conducted (sheet "Environmental variables"). The latter sheet includes: site identifier (column A); road identifier (B); latitude (C) and longitude (D) of the site's centroid; total area of roadside vegetation (E); area of woody vegetation (F); woody plant species recordings (presences - 1 or absences - 0) at each study site (G-Z); (vi) land cover types relative cover (%) around study sites (AA-AF).该数据集包含沿捷克共和国（Czechia）目标道路开展的鸟类计数数据（工作表"鸟类计数"）、计数数据文件中使用的鸟类物种缩写（工作表"鸟类物种缩写"），以及鸟类计数实施路段的周边环境变量数据（工作表"环境变量"）。其中"环境变量"工作表包含以下内容：研究样地标识符（A列）；道路标识符（B列）；样地质心的纬度（C列）与经度（D列）；道路旁植被总面积（E列）；木本植被面积（F列）；各研究样地的木本植物物种记录（物种存在记为1，缺失记为0，对应G至Z列）；研究样地周边各类土地覆盖类型的相对占比（单位：%，对应AA至AF列）。
