7 Tesla multimodal MRI dataset of ex-vivo human brain

We published all the multimodal MRI data from sample No. 4, including the raw data, the associated quantitative parametric maps, the statistical results for each metric, and the segmentation labels. We will also publish metric maps for the other five samples. In addition, we also published the multimodal template generated by co-registrating the data from all ex-vivo brain samples acquired, as well as the pipelines for ex-vivo brain alignment.本研究已公开编号为4号的样本的全部多模态磁共振成像（multimodal MRI）数据，涵盖原始数据、配套定量参数图、各指标的统计结果以及分割标签。本研究还将公开其余5份样本的指标参数图。此外，本研究已公开通过对所有已采集的离体脑组织样本数据进行共配准所生成的多模态模板，以及离体脑对齐处理流程。
