Concepts

Concept definitions. File format: tab-delimited table; newline terminated. Columns: concept id - Unique numeric code identifying each concept. This is the key concept id referenced in the other files; concept name - The descriptive name of each concept; domain - The OMOP domain of each concept; vocabulary id - The source vocabulary which originally defined the concept (e.g., SNOMED-CT, RxNorm, etc); concept class id - The OMOP concept class; concept code - The identifier from the source vocabulary for this concept.概念定义。 文件格式：制表符分隔的表格，以换行符作为行终止符。列说明：概念ID（concept id）——用于唯一标识每个概念的数字编码，为其他文件中引用的核心概念ID；概念名称（concept name）——各概念的描述性名称；域（domain）——各概念所属的OMOP域；词汇表ID（vocabulary id）——最初定义该概念的源词汇表（如SNOMED-CT、RxNorm等）；概念类别ID（concept class id）——OMOP概念类别；概念编码（concept code）——该概念在源词汇表中的标识符。
