The following repository contains:
Python_DroneImageProcessing_v1.ipynb - Juypter notebook used for orthomosaic scaling, rotating, cropping, plot grid assignment, image colour space thresholding and quantification.
field_map.png - Reference images for each orthomosaic with plot labels to assist with plot orientation in the field
ZIP folders by field study containing:
[orthomosaics].jpg - Orthomosaic with filenames by flight date
plot_grid_info.csv - Table containing accession names by plot location
grid_metadata.csv - Metadata CSV containing infromation for parameters chosen for plot grid assignment
output_metadata.csv - Metadata CSV containing infromation for parameters chosen for image thresholding
output.csv - Output CSV containing quantifed green cover by plot

本数据集仓库包含以下内容:
Python_DroneImageProcessing_v1.ipynb:用于正射影像图(orthomosaic)缩放、旋转、裁剪、样地网格分配、影像色彩空间阈值化处理与量化分析的Juypter笔记本
field_map.png:各正射影像图的参考影像,附带样地标签,用于辅助野外样地方位定位
按野外研究分组的压缩文件夹,内含以下文件:
