High throughput genotyping of Red Currant samples

This represents the first report on the genetic diversity of red currant germplasm collections based on genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS) data. Genotypes of 75 individuals of different origin were assessed in more than 7.5K genome positions.本研究首次基于测序分型（genotyping-by-sequencing，GBS）数据，报道了红醋栗种质资源收集品的遗传多样性，并对75份不同起源的个体的基因型在超过7.5万个基因组位点上开展了评估分析。
