This dataset contains all molecular data supporting the findings of the manuscript titled “Evaluating the conservation effectiveness of Ammopiptanthus nanus (Fabaceae) under different Ex Situ strategies through Multi-Molecular marker analysis“ (Manuscript #: PJS_2_169174). The data were generated from 114 samples of Ammopiptanthus nanus collected from four ex situ conservation populations to assess genetic diversity and conservation efficacy. It includes the following files: 1) A_nanus_EST-SSR_RawGenotypes.csv: Raw genotype data from Expressed Sequence Tag-Simple Sequence Repeat (EST-SSR) markers; 2) A_nanus_ITS_Sequences.fasta: Nuclear ribosomal Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) sequences; 3) psbA-trnH.fasta, trnL-trnF.fasta, trnS-trnG.fasta: Chloroplast DNA (cpDNA) intergenic spacer sequences.
