We next asked whether any transcriptional response was associated with the redox, metabolic, and bioenergetic changes we described in cysE mutant strain and mshD mutant strain . RNA-seq analysis was carried out to analyze the mRNA levels of WT , cysE mutant strain and mshD mutant strain under normal cultivation conditions.
