RQM - CTD Data From the Lampsilis Concerted Mission (MAL2019): Odyssée Saint-Laurent 2019

The concerted Lampsilis mission in August to September 2019, funded by the St. Lawrence Odyssey program of the Réseau Québec maritime (RQM), aimed to gather strategic scientific knowledge for the understanding and management of the St. Lawrence River and Gulf. This mission enabled a wide-ranging acquisition of multidisciplinary data for 7 projects centred around two major research areas: water quality, and the monitoring of biological communities in the St. Lawrence, in the context of interactions between fresh and salt water. Vertical profiles of CTD data (conductivity, temperature, depth) were made in the water column at 34 stations in the St. Lawrence River (from the town of Sorel-Tracy) and its Upper Estuary (at the town of Cacouna). These profiles were taken from the surface to an average distance of around 1 m from the seabed. They include measurements of temperature, salinity, density, dissolved oxygen, light transmission, vertical stratification and sound velocity in seawater. Discrete water samples were taken at various stations and depths to compare CTD's direct measurements with laboratory analyses of chlorophyll-a concentrations (63 samples, 37 stations). These comparisons were used to adjust the calibration of fluorescence data from the CTD.

2019年8月至9月实施的兰氏蚌属（Lampsilis）联合科考任务，由魁北克海事网络（Réseau Québec maritime, RQM）旗下的圣劳伦斯奥德赛计划（St. Lawrence Odyssey program）资助，旨在获取支撑圣劳伦斯河及其海湾认知与管理的战略科学知识。本次任务围绕两大核心研究领域——水质监测，以及淡水与咸水交互背景下的圣劳伦斯河生物群落监测——为7个项目开展了多学科、广覆盖的数据采集。科考团队在圣劳伦斯河（始于索雷尔-特拉斯镇）及其上游河口（位于卡库纳镇）的34个站位，开展了水体柱温盐深仪（Conductivity, Temperature, Depth, CTD）垂直剖面测量，测量范围覆盖从水体表层至平均距海底约1米的深度区间，获取了水温、盐度、密度、溶解氧、透光率、水体垂直层结以及海水声速等多项观测参数。此外，团队在多个站位及不同深度采集了离散水样共计63份（覆盖37个站位），用于将温盐深仪的直接测量结果与叶绿素a浓度的实验室分析结果进行比对，以此完成对温盐深仪荧光数据的校准。
