Puerto Rican Bee Database

This Puerto Rican bee database combines multiple dataset sources: MZUPRRP (Museo de Zoologia de la Universidad de Puerto Rico) MEBT (Museo de Entomologia y Biodiversidad Tropical) GBIF (Global Biodiversity Information Facility) Bees_Of_SJ (Bees of San Juan, study from Emily Morris' team - Adams et al. (2024)) SP_PC (Sara Prado's Private Collection) All these datasets have been cleaned and formatted to the DarwinCore standards, combined together, and missing GPS coordinates were added following a R script (made available on GitHub, see repository URL below).
