Microsatellite data

The data file is in GenAlEx format. The first line contains (in order): number of markers used, total number of samples, number of populations and number of samples per population. Second line: species name and name of each population. Third line: columns headers (from 3rd columns onwards: markers names).The rest of the file contains the data: 1st column is sample name, 2nd column population of belonging, following columns microsatellite data (every sample is showed in one line format, therefore two columns are used for each marker).

本数据集文件采用GenAlEx格式。文件第一行依次收录以下内容：所用标记数、总样本数、种群数量及各种群的样本数。第二行依次为物种名称与各种群名称。第三行为列标题（第三列及之后的内容为标记名称）。文件其余内容为数据：第一列为样本名称，第二列为样本所属种群，后续各列为微卫星数据（每个样本以单行格式呈现，因此每个标记占用两列）。
