Gene expression profile Colorectal Tumor and Normal tissue samples

Analysis of 4 pairs of colorectal cancer tissue and paraneoplastic tissue. The fresh frozen samples were obtained during surgical procedures. Results provide insight into molecular mechanisms underlying malignancy. Differential lncRNA and gene expression in human colorectal cancer was measured between tumor tissues and paraneoplastic tissues. Four independent experiments were performed using four donors for each experiment.

本研究针对4对结直肠癌组织及其癌旁正常组织展开分析。实验所用新鲜冷冻样本均取自外科手术过程中获取的标本。本研究结果可为揭示结直肠癌恶性发生的分子机制提供重要见解。本研究检测了人类结直肠癌组织与癌旁组织间的差异长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA，lncRNA）及基因表达水平。本研究共开展4项独立实验，每项实验均使用4名供体的样本。
