XPlanung dataset BPL “Platform — 2nd modification”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Ortsbauplan — 2nd modification” of the municipality of Bitz from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Connection path Ebinger- & Truchtelfinger Straße.

开发计划（Development Plan，缩写BPL）包含了规范城市规划秩序的具有法律约束力的各项规定。原则上，开发计划需以土地利用规划为编制基础。本次可用数据集为来自XPlanung 5.0平台的比茨（Bitz）市镇的开发计划《Ortsbauplan — 第二次修订版》。说明：埃宾杰大街与特鲁赫特尔芬大街（Ebinger- & Truchtelfinger Straße）的连接通道。
