Transcriptomics profiles in human keratinocytes after PM2.5 exposure

RNA-seq in normal human epidermal keratinocytes (NHEK) for understanding PM2.5-induced effects 24hr exposure to PM2.5 (100ug/ml). Replicates: Control: 3, PM treated: 3本数据集旨在探究PM2.5诱导的细胞效应，以正常人类表皮角质形成细胞（normal human epidermal keratinocytes, NHEK）为研究对象开展RNA测序（RNA-seq）实验。实验中，细胞被暴露于浓度为100 μg/mL的PM2.5环境中24小时，同时设置空白对照组。生物学重复设置为：对照组3个重复，PM2.5处理组3个重复。
