HydDB assembly annotation

Annotations for catalytic hydrogenase subunits identified with GhostKoala and verified with HydDB in Brothers volcano assemblies. Sheets are arranged as follows:<b>HydDB_annotations: </b>GhostKoala annotations and annotations predicted using the HydDB website. Genes flagged as low confidence are indicated and are not reflected in the final summary.<b>KO_list: </b>KO annotations used to screen for catalytic hydrogenase subunits, and associated HydDB annotations.<br>

本数据集涵盖布罗德斯火山基因组组装序列中，通过GhostKoala鉴定并经HydDB验证的催化氢化酶亚基注释信息。工作表排布如下：<b>HydDB注释表：</b>包含GhostKoala注释及通过HydDB网站预测得到的注释内容。标记为低置信度的基因将被标注，且不会纳入最终汇总结果。<b>KO列表（KO_list）：</b>用于筛选催化氢化酶亚基的KEGG直系同源簇（KO）注释，以及与之关联的HydDB注释。
