Smart-seq2 single-cell RNA sequencing of human pancreatic islets

Previous study (Segerstolpe Å et.al., Cell Metab . 2016) has revealed the single-cell landscape of human pancreatic islets from 10 human individuals. Here, we have performed Smart-seq2 scRNA-seq of additional 4 healthy and 6 T2D individuals. Overall design: single-cell RNA-seq

既往研究（Segerstolpe Å 等，2016，《Cell Metabolism》（简称Cell Metab））曾揭示了10名人类供体的人胰岛单细胞转录组图谱。本研究针对额外纳入的4名健康个体与6名2型糖尿病（Type 2 Diabetes, T2D）患者，开展了Smart-seq2 单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA-seq, scRNA-seq）。实验整体设计：单细胞RNA测序。
