The aim of this study is to analyze microRNA expression profile, and through bioinformatic analyses determine the cellular processes of potential target genes and understand their molecular mechanism in stage IIIA colon cancer patients. The microRNA expression profiles of both normal and tumor tissues of seven patients were analyzed using the Affymetrix microarray system. Overall design: miRNA profiling was performed using 7 normal and 7 human tumor tissues of colon cancer stage IIIA.

本研究旨在分析微小RNA（microRNA）表达谱，通过生物信息学分析明确潜在靶基因的细胞生物学过程，并阐明其在IIIA期结肠癌患者中的分子机制。本研究采用Affymetrix微阵列（microarray）系统，对7例患者的正常结肠组织与肿瘤组织的微小RNA表达谱进行了分析。
实验整体设计：采用7份正常结肠组织与7份IIIA期结肠癌肿瘤组织开展微小RNA表达谱检测。
