Physicians’ perceptions and management practices of chronic urticaria: real-world data from China.

We conducted a nationwide online survey of 184 physicians across China to assess their knowledge and management of chronic urticaria (October 17–28, 2024).The questionnaire comprised 24 items on basic demographics, study practices, and knowledge and management of diagnosis and treatment.We found that in managing chronic urticaria, Chinese physicians show limited engagement with the literature, low rates of accurate subtype diagnosis, and limited use of standardized assessment tools.

本研究于2024年10月17日至28日，针对中国境内184名医师开展了一项全国性线上问卷调查，以评估其对慢性荨麻疹（chronic urticaria）的认知水平与诊疗管理能力。本次问卷共计24个条目，内容涉及基本人口学特征、临床实践情况，以及慢性荨麻疹的诊疗相关认知与管理内容。研究结果表明，在慢性荨麻疹的诊疗管理实践中，中国医师对相关学术文献的研读参与度有限，准确诊断疾病亚型的比例偏低，且标准化评估工具的应用普及率不高。
