Nocardia seriolae infection poses a serious threat to largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides) aquaculture, owing to the lack of effective control strategies. This study investigated the antibacterial effects and underlying mechanisms of Macleaya cordata alkaloids sanguinarine (SE) and chelerythrine (CHE)against N. seriolae through integrated physiological and transcriptomic approaches.

诺卡氏菌(Nocardia seriolae)感染对大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)的水产养殖业构成严重威胁,目前尚无有效的防控策略。本研究通过整合生理与转录组学手段,探究了博落回(Macleaya cordata)生物碱中的血根碱(sanguinarine,SE)与白屈菜红碱(chelerythrine,CHE)对诺卡氏菌(N. seriolae)的抗菌活性及其潜在作用机制。
