Longitudinal and quadratic magnetooptic Kerr effect spectra of Co<sub>2</sub>MnSi Heusler compound sample series in spectral range 0.8 - 5.5 eV. The dataset contain measurement of Kerr rotation and Kerr ellipticity alike. Samples in the sample set are annealed at 300C, 350C, 400C, 450C, 475C and 500C, respectively. 本数据集为光谱范围0.8~5.5电子伏特(eV)内的钴锰硅(Co₂MnSi)赫斯勒合金(Heusler compound)样品系列的纵向与二次磁光克尔效应(magnetooptic Kerr effect)光谱。数据集同时涵盖克尔旋转角(Kerr rotation)与克尔椭圆率(Kerr ellipticity)的测量数据。该数据集的样品分别经300℃、350℃、400℃、450℃、475℃及500℃退火处理。本数据集对应的研究文章为：《钴锰硅赫斯勒合金L2₁有序化与二次、线性磁光克尔效应光谱的标度关系》
