兰科植物来源的PaWRKY1转录因子（PaWRKY1 transcription factor）所调控基因的转录谱分析：将兰科植物的PaWRKY转录因子在拟南芥中异源表达，并对受PaWRKY调控的基因展开研究。实验设计：比较空载载体对照与过表达35S-PaWRKY1的转基因拟南芥。本实验采用Affymetrix基因芯片（Affymetrix GeneChip）进行检测，由中国台湾中央研究院支持的Affymetrix基因表达服务实验室（http://ipmb.sinica.edu.tw/affy/）完成。
